Capitol Overlook is one of multiple projects by the Urban Land Company and is located in the LeDriot Park section of the city a few blocks north of Florida Avenue and the new GSA building. LeDriot Park is one of the city's older neighborhood with plenty of history and is in the midst of  transformation just as most other DC neighborhoods. The  Capitol Overlook walkscore is 65 (courtesy of walkscore.com) meaning you'll probably need transportation. The closest Metro Station, New York Avenue, is at least six blocks.
