The Crescent Condominium on Wayne Avenue in Silver Spring has a lot going for it. At the top of the list location, the first and last work in real estate. It sits smack dab in the middle of downtown Silver Spring. Mere block from the best the town has to offer. There' are plenty of dining options and a budding club life. Within blocks there's shopping, a twenty screen theater, bowling, a park and shopping. I guess I should add now, you're just a short walk from the metro.

The Crescent becomes more and more attractive every day the month old literature I'm holding lists starting prices at the low $300 but the Crescent website recently updated say 'starting from the upper $200' that's for a one bedroom.  Two bedroom at the Crescent begin in the mid $400 but now that according to the month old flyer. The website is mum here..

Amenities same as the other upscale developments granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, baths with porcelain-clad steel bathtubs and ceramic tile surrounds, full-sized stacked washers and dryers, ceramic tile foyers. Nothing here set the Crescent apart from other upscale development, but what does is the price and the location. Oh did is mention that underground parking is included..
