  DC Condo sales increased by 119% in November

As the deadline for the $8000 Federal Tax Credit approached sales as expected increased.   The increases began modestly in June with and increase of 0.05% and peaked in November at 299 units – an increase of 119% over November 2008.  April 30 is coming fast!   YTD 2009 DC Condo Statistics
